If you’ve been on Namepros you’ll know full well how bad a reputation Registerfly has. I’ve used them for a couple of years and for the most part had no problems. Today though I’m stuck trying to transfer a domain out to Godaddy, but can’t, simply because the authorisation code is ‘not valid’. Why that is I don’t know! Godaddy tell me to ask Registerfly for a new one, which I have, thing is Registerfly’s support is nowhere to be seen. So now I have a domain expiring and have no choice but to renew at Registerfly.

I’m really not happy with Registerfly - a company with no support is of no use to me nor of use to anyone, therefore I recommend anyone considering using them to think twice, as you’re best off saving yourself from the irritation than saving a mere few dollars.
