The ’situation’ regarding the seller, who attempted to sell a copy of a website I bought, now appears to be over, after the seller abruptly sent a ‘no hard feelings’ titled e-mail.

I had, slowly but surely, been building up a strong case so that I could take legal action, so when I received the e-mail, it was rather surprising.

The case against the seller was straight forward legally, however, on the Digital Point forum serious question marks about the seller arose when he posted a “How I made over $xxx,xxx in AdSense last year” thread. He ended up claiming that he would help ‘chosen’ families. This came across like he was forming some kind of cult.

I know from my dealings with this person that what you see in public isn’t necessarily what you see in private, for example, I have various e-mails and private messages to prove he is no ’saint’. So what the catch is, I don’t know, and to be honest, I hope I never find out, as that would mean unknown consequences for those families involved.

So fingers crossed that’s that with that matter, however, at least I’ve got most of the groundwork done if the ’situation’ arises again.
