Following the failure to sell FootballTransfers.info, this week I put ‘plan b’ into action.

The plan was reduce the value of the site so that it would put it more into the price range of those interested. To do this I removed the site’s news database and news scripts and decided to sell domains footballtransfers.co.uk and footballtransfers.net separately.

I again listed the site at most forums - of course not at SitePoint. Unfortunately there hasn’t been as much interest as last time, therefore no bids have come.

I’ve also listed the site and domains at Sedo, and have even had a bid for footballtransfers.info there, however, it was a low offer.

So unless a decent offer comes along, it looks like I’ll going to ‘plan c’, which would be to keep hold of the site.
